How do I book a cleaning?

You can use the form on our website on ‘Get Free Quote’, or you can call or email us. Whatever is most convenient to you!

Yes we are fully insured!

No need at all—we bring all the necessary cleaning equipment and supplies with us. If you have specific products you prefer or would like us to use, just let us know and we’re happy to accommodate.

We proudly serve the entire city and surrounding areas, including Banff, Canmore, Cochrane, and Chestermere.

For the safety, security, and privacy of both our clients and team members, there are certain services we’re unable to provide. After Shine Cleaning does not move heavy furniture such as couches, recliners, or large shelving units, nor do we perform electrical work, including accessing circuit breakers or replacing fuses. Our services are strictly limited to cleaning-related tasks.

We also do not handle bug infestations or provide any form of pest or extermination services.

Protecting client privacy is a top priority for us. We do not allow unauthorized individuals onto a client’s property, exchange keys or security codes, access personal devices, or share any confidential information seen or heard while on a client’s premises.

At this time, our services are available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If you have special scheduling needs, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
